About Bezruchuk Inc.
Bezruchuk Inc. is a home remodeling company based in Puyallup, Washington, led by owner Andriy Bezruchuk. We remodel kitchens, bathrooms and homes across the Puget Sound area and rebuild interiors after water damage.
We care about doing the work properly, being straightforward with homeowners and leaving behind a remodel we are proud to put our name on.
Meet Andriy Bezruchuk
Andriy learned about construction through his father, Victor, a contractor in Kyiv, Ukraine. His father taught him to respect a client's time, take responsibility for the work and see a job done properly as a matter of personal pride.
Andriy's experience comes from hands-on work. His background in tile installation still shapes how he approaches a remodel: careful preparation, accurate measurements and attention to how materials meet. He brings that same attention to the larger project, where the work of several trades has to come together.
Hard work and patience with the details remain important to him. Faith and family are also central to his life. He wants the company to earn its reputation through the quality of its work and the way it treats people.
How we work with our subcontractors
Bezruchuk Inc. is the general contractor for the remodel. We plan the scope with you and coordinate the people and stages needed to carry it out.
We work with specialized subcontractors for plumbing, electrical, flooring and painting as the project requires. Over time, we have developed working relationships with tradespeople who share our expectations for careful installation and reliable work.
Each trade affects the next. Plumbing and electrical locations need to work with cabinet dimensions and tile layouts. Floor preparation affects installation heights and transitions between rooms. We work through those details with the people doing the installation.
Our role includes scheduling the work, keeping you informed about decisions and progress, and checking how the finished pieces come together. If a condition in the house changes the plan, we discuss the problem and the work needed to address it.
The standards we bring to a remodel
Careful preparation and finishing
Good preparation is part of the finished job. In a bathroom, that includes the surface beneath the tile and the waterproofing. In a kitchen, it includes cabinet alignment, appliance clearances and the fit of the counters. We give those details attention alongside the tile lines, trim joints and other finishes you see every day.
Difficult projects and better ways to work
Damaged framing, uneven floors or new work that needs to match an existing house can make a remodel more demanding. We are willing to take on those challenges and spend time working through them. We also keep looking for ways to improve, from understanding materials and installation requirements to how we plan and coordinate a job.
