A High-End Bathroom Design
We’re thrilled to share the completion of our latest luxury bathroom remodel project! Our client, the owner of the property, wanted to achieve a consistent and high-end look of the bathroom materials throughout the house. The remodel consisted of two separate projects to ensure that the homeowners had access to the bathroom during the remodel process. We used a cohesive design throughout the house, ensuring that each bathroom complemented the other while exuding luxury.
Main Bathroom A High-End Design
The main bathroom served as the cornerstone of the project. It featured stunning bathroom tiles in Hangar (7mm) 23×47 Smoke for the shower and flooring. The tiles on the wall tub surround were a Brite 3″ x 6″ subway tile combination by Daltile. The Winter gray grout provided a subtle contrast to the tiles, further enhancing the luxurious feel of the space. The vanity was a Signature Hardware Helms 72″ Reclaimed Teak Wood Double Vanity Cabinet with Pental Alpine quartz for the vanity top. The baseboard trim was 3-1/4 or 3-1/2″ in height with a width of 1/2″. The walls were painted with SW-6119 antique white in eggshell finish, while the millwork was SW-7012 creamy in acrylic semi-gloss finish. The stunning Wyndham Collection Rebecca 60″ Free Standing Acrylic Soaking Tub with Center Drain, Drain Assembly, and Overflow was a centerpiece of the bathroom, offering a relaxing and luxurious bathing experience. The Encompass Shower Pen provided both functionality and design, making it a great addition to the space.
Luxury Guest and Powder Room Bathroom Remodel
The guest and powder room bathrooms featured similar design elements, creating a cohesive and luxurious feel throughout the house. The guest bathroom had a beautiful combination of gray and white, featuring a bathtub shower combo with subway tiles with Dove gray grout and floors tiles Hangar (7mm) 23×47 Smoke . The powder room had a unique and stunning accent wall with Dekton Opera countertop and 3×6 subway tiles for the backsplash and wall surround 40 inch high. The other walls were painted with SW-6119 antique white, similar to the main bathroom, ensuring a cohesive design.
The materials used in the remodel were carefully selected to ensure a consistent and luxurious feel throughout the house. We always recommend using high-quality materials, and in this project, we used materials from top-rated brands such as American Standard, Delta, Kohler, Moen, and Pfister. The result is a stunning bathroom that seamlessly blends with the rest of the house while also exuding a sense of luxury.
The duration of Luxury Remodeling Process
One of the biggest concerns our clients have is the duration of a bathroom remodel project and whether they will have access to other bathrooms in the house during the process. At Bezruchuk Inc., we understand these concerns, which is why we made sure to complete the remodel in two separate projects to ensure that the homeowners had access to the bathroom. We also worked closely with the client to ensure that the project was completed within a reasonable time frame.
